Somewhere along the way, we started living by invisible rules. Unspoken standards, shouted by social media, whispered by tradition, handed down without question.

Rules about what success looks like, how a garden should be planted, what’s “allowed” at breakfast, how we’re supposed to show up in the world flood our feeds, micro-manage our minds, and exhaust all our energy.
